Holiday Happiness

Each December, the West Bloomfield Optimist Club has historically hosted a holiday party for local families. Beginning in 2020, we pivoted to our "Holiday Happiness" gift distribution approach by teaming up with our beloved West Bloomfield Fire Department. The WB Optimists collaborate with social workers from the West Bloomfield School District to offer support to families that could use a little extra joy and warmth during the winter season. Through fundraising, volunteer efforts, local business sponsorships and generous donations, children in West Bloomfield are gifted new toys, a winter coat, and the child's family receives a food basket.
